David Bruce Rambol age 75 of Hanover, PA. formerly of Hampstead, MD. died Saturday Oct. 6, 2012 at the Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster, MD.
Born August 14, 1937 in Baltimore, MD. he was the son of the late Francis and Bertha Molnaur Rambol.
He was the husband of the late Charlotte Leah Jenkins Rambol who died in 1997.
He was a retired systems analyst for Bethlehem Steel. He was an endowment member of the NRA. He was a life member of the Safari Club, a member of the York and Adams County Fish and Game Association, and the Littlestown Fish and Game Club. He enjoyed big game hunting and shooting sporting clays. He and his wife enjoyed boating on the Chesapeake Bay.
He is survived by his children: Susan Geiman and husband Robert of Manchester, MD. and David B. Rambol, II and wife Rebecca of Hanover, PA. grandchildren: Robert Geiman, Jr., Chasity Foerster, Laura Tawes, Jacob and Adam Geiman and 7 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by brother: John Rambol.
Funeral services will be held at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD. on Thursday at 10:00 am. with the Rev. Scott Sager officiating.
Interment in Oaklawn Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9pm. at the funeral chapel.
