David Edward Rubley, 69 years old of Reisterstown, died Sunday, July 20, 2014 at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.
Born June 12, 1945 in Waco, Texas, he was the son of the late John Rubley and Phyllis Martz Rubley.
He was the husband of Lana Kay Shiels Rubley.
David retired December 31, 2007. He was the CEO and Chairman of the Board; of the Hedwin Corporation in Baltimore City.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his siblings, Barbara Gail Anderson of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania; Randolph John Rubley of Toledo, Ohio, and numerous nieces and nephews
