David Howard Stepp

David Howard Stepp, 83, of Hanover, PA, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at The Village at Utz Terrace in Hanover, PA.  Born on July 12, 1941, in Germantown, MD, he was the son of the late Ernest Wayne Stepp and Martha Alban Stepp.  He was the beloved husband of Linda Gail Vaughan Stepp.

David was a veteran of the United States Army Reserves. He worked as a manager with Black and Decker for many years.

Surviving him in addition to his wife are siblings: Arthur Stepp of Georgia, Janet Switzer of Manchester, MD, Shirley Walker of Florida, and Nancy Martin of Westminster, MD.

David was predeceased by his brother: Ernest Stepp.

Services and interment will be private.
