Deborah Jean Harmon, 62, of Chestertown, MD, formerly of Hampstead, MD, passed away peacefully on December 24, 2017, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Born on June 29, 1955 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Carnola Brathuhn. She was the wife of Donald E. Harmon.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her children: Kirsten Harmon of Baltimore, MD, and Andrew Harmon of Hampstead, MD, and her sister: Sandra Flynn of Hanover, PA.
Deborah worked many years in the Telecommunications and IT Department of Proctor & Gamble. She was a faithful member of Grace Bible Church of North Carroll.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, December 29, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 30, at 11 am at Grace Bible Church of North Carroll, 3250 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, with Rev. Gregory J. Breen officiating. A luncheon will follow at the church.
Interment is private.
