Deborah Kaye Pannell

Deborah Kaye Pannell, 64, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at her home. Born on October 11, 1956 in Monterey, CA, she was the daughter of the late James and Wilma Barnes McCreary. She was the beloved wife of William Irvin Pannell.

Deborah worked as an Apheresis Coordinator for the American Red Cross and did in-home daycare. She enjoyed working and loved animals.

Surviving her in addition to her husband are children: Eric Pannell of New Market, MD, Bryan Pannell and Caitlin Pannell, both of Manchester, MD, grandchildren: Addison, Lilly, and Brynlee, sisters: Judy Sobus of Ellicott City, MD, Connie Dibene of Edgewater, MD, and Barbara Knickman of Ocean Pines, MD.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, September 15, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a prayer service will take place on Thursday, September 16, at 9:30 am, with Father Michael Roach officiating.

Interment to follow in Lakeview Memorial Park, Sykesville, MD.
