Deborah Ann Paul

Deborah Ann Paul, 71, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on September 1, 2021 at her home.  Born on May 27, 1950 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late David Robert Moore, Sr. and Bettie Mae Brown Moore.  She was the beloved wife of 50 years to Timothy Paul, Sr.

Deborah worked as a self-employed daycare provider for 19 years.  She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 521.  She enjoyed shopping, bowling, gambling, boat cruises, and spending time with her family.

Surviving in addition to her husband is son: Timothy Joseph "TJ" Paul, Jr., brothers: Daniel Lee Moore and Donald William Moore, and sisters-in-law: Claudia Moore, Kathi Marie Moore, Marlyn Riggie, and Bertha Paul.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Deborah is predeceased by her brother: David Robert Moore, Jr.

The family will receive visitors on Monday, September 6 from 7-9 pm and on Tuesday, September 7 from 10 am – 12 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a prayer service will begin at 12 pm.

Interment is private.
