Dennis Lamar Hann

Dennis L. Hann, 71, of Manchester, MD, passed away on January 21, 2019, at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster, MD. Born on June 6, 1947, in Hampstead, MD, he was the son of Lavina Mae Seipp Martin of Hampstead, MD, and the late Roland Lamar Hann. He was the loving husband of Bonnie Mae Horich Hann.

Dennis retired in 1999 as a Lieutenant Firefighter for Baltimore County, where he worked at Garrison Station 19. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the American Legion Post 200 in Hampstead, Elks Lodge 2277 in Westminster, Hampstead Vol. Fire Co. No. 1, Balto. Co. Retired Fire Officers and Fire Fighters Association, and the International Association of Fire Fighters.

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are sons: Christopher Lee Hann and wife Kristine of Hanover, PA, and Jason Andrew Hann and wife Tennelle of Albemarle, NC, grandchildren: Luke, Ryan, Aniston, Mara, and Danica, and siblings: Darryl Hann of Manchester, MD, and Lynne Treherne of Kill Devil Hills, NC.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his stepfather: Sterling Eugene Martin.

Funeral services and interment are private.
