Diana Marie Rutters

Diana Marie Rutters, 41, of Hanover, PA, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2024, at her home in Hanover, PA.  Born on July 2, 1982, in Baltimore City, MD, she was the daughter of Richard Lee Redmond and wife Ruth of Glenville, PA and Robin Lynn Wine Redmond of Howard County, MD.

Diana was a 2014 graduate from Harrisburg Area Community College.  She worked as a waitress at Bay City Restaurant in Hanover, PA.  She enjoyed gardening, and spending time with her friends.  She loved Tweety Bird and collecting special mementoes from other family members.  She liked decorating, going to the beach, putting together photo albums, and eating bologna sandwiches.

Surviving her in addition to her parents is her daughter: Olivia Rutters, and sister: Christina Redmond of Sykesville, MD.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, April 17, from 6-8 pm, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, and on Thursday, April 18, from 10-11 am, at Lazarus United Church of Christ, 5101 S Church St, Lineboro, MD, where a funeral service will begin at 11 am, with Pastor Rodney Gross officiating.

Interment to follow in Lineboro Cemetery, Lineboro, MD.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Diana's memory may be offered to Lazarus United Church of Christ, 5101 S Church Street, Lineboro, MD 21102.
