Diane Frances Decker

Diane Frances Decker, 55, of Manchester, MD, passed away on December 30, 2018, at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. Born on July 1, 1963, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harold George and Margaret Elizabeth Klapp Bauer. She was the loving wife of William Earl Decker.

Surviving in addition to her husband are children: Deborah F. Pope and husband Robert, William Earl Decker, II, and fiancée Erica Collins, John Raymond Decker and fiancée Rachel Wilson, Sarah Jane Decker and fiancé David Feit, and grandchildren: Christopher, Evan, Nicholas, Riley, Brayden, Mary Elizabeth, Kyle James, and Colton.

The family will receive visitors for a memorial gathering on Wednesday, January 9 from 6-8 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, where a memorial service will begin at 7:30 pm.
