Dirk Martin Barwick

Dirk Martin Barwick, 68, of Westminster, MD, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 2, 2024, at his home.  Born on October 31, 1955, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late John Barwick and Rosemary Wynn Barwick.

Dirk was a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He worked as a computer technician for many years.   He was an avid gardener and do-it-yourself home renovator.

Surviving him is his daughter Patricia Madden and husband Taylor, grandchild Carmine Madden, and sister Karen Stonesifer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and his best friend: Susan Pinder.  He was also affectionately known as Paw Paw to Ms. Pinder's children and grandchildren.

Funeral services and interment are private.  A celebration of life will be planned in the upcoming months.
