Donald Paul Smith, "Don" 70 years old of Reisterstown, died suddenly on October 25, 2013 at his home.
Born November 1, 1942 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Gordon P. Smith and Thelma M. Ross Smith
He retired from Black & Decker after 36 years as Supervisor of the IT Dept.
He is survived by his children, Paul D. Smith of Georgetown, DE, Susan E. Lipman and her husband Barry of Owings Mills, grandson Justin P. Smith of Reisterstown, sister and brother-in-law Peggy and Albert Mummert of Reisterstown, and Don's life partner Judi Ward.
Friends may call on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills where services will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM.
Interment in Evergreen Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the American Diabetes Association.
