Donna Louis Lloyd, 66, of Westminster, MD, passed peacefully Friday, December 30, 2016, at Long View Healthcare Center in Manchester. Born December 9, 1950 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Lillian Mister. She was the wife of Joe A. Lloyd, Sr.
Surviving in addition to her husband are children: Tammy Lynn Gill and Joe Lloyd, Jr., and 4 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 3, from 11 am – 12 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD 21102, with a funeral service at 12 pm. Interment to follow in Grace Falls Road United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1804 Ridge Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136.
