Donna Rae Rinehart, 70, Westminster died Friday, October 25, 2013 at Dove House in Westminster.
Born February 8, 1943 in Cumberland, she was the daughter late Harry Menough Dawson and Jayne Twigg Dawson.
She was an administrator of a nursing home.
Surviving are her children Kimbra Meekins of Westminster, John Darrin Coleman of Rosedale, and Thomas Rinehart, Jr. of Perry Hall; her sister Vickie Wigfield of Texas; and her 4 grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother Robert Dawson.
The family will receive friends 3 to 5 Monday and from 9 a.m. until time of funeral Service, 10 a.m. Tuesday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester with Pastor Brian Marshall officiating.
Interment will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hillcrest Burial Park, Cumberland.
