Doris Virginia Leese, 91, of Westminster passed away peacefully Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Bright View Assisted Living in Westminster.
Born August 26, 1923 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Preston E. Wollett and Meadow Parrish Wollett. She was the wife of Sterling E. Leese, who passed away in 2000.
Years ago, she was a teller for the Federal Reserve Bank. She was a member of Manchester Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Surviving are her children Sharon Jean Hargest and husband Bill and Barry E. Leese and wife Wendy Joan; her brother Preston Wollett; her 5 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester with a funeral service 10 a.m. Thursday at the Manchester Baptist Church, 2933 Manchester Baptist Church Road, Manchester.
Interment will be in St. David's Cemetery Sherman in Hanover, PA.
