Dorothy Louise Lippy

Dorothy Louise Lippy, 90, of Manchester, MD, passed away peacefully at the Westminster Healthcare Center in Westminster, MD. Born February 4, 1927 in Manchester she was the daughter of the late George David and Mary Edna Carr Lippy.

Years ago, she worked at the Manchester Cigar Factory, mowed and took care of the Old Manchester Cemetery, and enjoyed babysitting the children of family and friends.

She is survived by her sister: Norma L. Boone and husband James of Westminster, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by siblings: Donald Lippy, Grayson Leroy Lippy and Betty Jane Essich.

Per her request, there will be no visitation and graveside services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dorothy's name may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
