Dorothy Mary Rill, 67, of Hanover, PA formerly of Hampstead died Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the Dove House in Westminster.
Born Saturday, September 11, 1943 in Fort Howard, she was the daughter of the late Oliver Clinton Grammer and Edna Alberta Gardner Grammer. She was the wife of Robert Noah Rill, her husband of 46 years.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving in addition to her husband are children Robin Mundorff, Rachel Petenbrink, and Randy Rill all of Hanover, PA; her siblings Edna Allen of Fort Howard, James Grammer and Allen Grammer both of Westminster, Margiana Senseney of Littlestown, PA, Georgiana Gill of Berkley Springs, WV, and Arthur Grammer of Alexandria, VA; are 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son Richard Noah Rill, her brothers Edward, Robert, and John Grammer, and a sister Evelyn Phillips.
The family will receive friends 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday.
Interment will be in the New Lutheran Cemetery in Manchester.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to the Dove House, 292 Stoner Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
