Dorothy E. Scott

Dorothy E. Scott, 98, of Westminster, MD, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster, MD. Born on January 18, 1924, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Paul W. and Anna Benjamin Englar. She was the beloved wife of the late William Glenn Scott, who passed away in 2009.

Dorothy was active in Waverly Presbyterian Church in Baltimore, MD, as well as Northminster Presbyterian Church in Reisterstown, MD.

Surviving her is a daughter: Barbara Scott, a brother: P. William Englar, a nephew: Paul W. Englar, III and his wife Jane, great-nieces and nephews: Cara Middendorf and husband Christopher, Brianna Englar, and Joshua Owens, and great-great-nieces: Claire Middendorf and Penelope Middendorf.

She was predeceased by a sister: Anne E. Englar.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 30, at 5 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117.

A private interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.
