Dorothy Louise Bevard Topper, 76, of Manchester died Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Dove House in Westminster.
Born November 23, 1936 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late John Bevard and Dorothy Murphy Bevard. She was the wife of Joseph Eugene Topper, her husband of 27 years.
She was a retired Hair Dresser.
Surviving in addition to her husband is a son Jesse I. Wentz of Manchester, her step daughters Angela Hollidge and Janice Stover both of York, Pa; her grandson Jesse A. Wentz of Manchester; her siblings Janet Shaffer of Hampstead, Ilene Zumbrum of New Oxford, PA, Mary Bevard of Huttonsville, WV, John Bevard of Manchester, Mike Bevard of Hanover, PA, Jerry Bevard of Hampstead, and Charles Bevard of Hampstead.
A private cremation was held at All Faiths Crematory and Chapel in Manchester with service and interment private.
