On August 2, 2013, DOTTIE MAE RAMSEL, (nee Buchanan), beloved wife of Herman F. Ramsel, Jr., her husband of 55 years; daughter of the late William Jacob Buchanan, Sr. and Mary Frances Buchanan (nee Smith); mother of Herman Ramsel, III and wife Sue, Mary E. Nixon and husband Jay, the late John William Ramsel, Sr. and wife Teala, Dottie Braverman and husband Jan, Doris Chambers and husband Brett, Betty Manno "Gee-Gee" and deceased friend Tim Martin, Sr., Willie Sue Parker and husband Scott, Alice Jones and husband Tom, and son-in-law Louis Manno; grandmother of 27 and the late Brittany Ramsel; and great grandmother of 7; sister of Nellie Mender, the late William Buchanan, Jr. and wife Mickey, Nancy Burdette and husband Eugene, the late Mary Frances Stoner, Betty Shreve, Violet Myers and husband Nelson, Susie Olden and husband Russell, and Alice Buchanan Crutchley and husband Harry, Lillie Mossburg and husband Nevin; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Friends may call Monday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. at ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Interment in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
