Douglas Arthur Falkner, 88 years old of Shrewsberry, PA, died Monday, August 31, 2015 at the York Hospital Center.
Born October 13, 1926 in England, he was the son of the late Arthur Falkner and Julia West Falkner. He was the beloved husband of Sharon Falkner. He was predeceased by his first wife the late Joyce Falkner.
He served honorably with the British Royal Navy in WWII. He was an Office Manager with an Insurance Finance Company.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Laurel Falkner, his daughter: Anne Julia Hankins and 4 grandchildren: Joseph and Douglas Widener, Julia Hile and Timothy Falkner. Also survived by 5 great grandchildren
