Duncan "Jim" Cameron Horne Iii

Duncan "Jim" Cameron Horne, III, 64 of Westminster, MD. passed peacefully Friday Jan. 11. 2019 at Hanover Hall in Hanover, PA. Born March 1, 1954 in Glen Burnie, MD he was the son of the late Duncan C. and Rose Mary Sacks Horne, II. He was the husband of Carol Jane Zentz Horne.

Years ago, Jim worked for Shelter Systems. Jim was a life time member of the Dug Hill Gun Club where he was a Hunter Safety Instructor. He was a director for the Maryland Hunter Safety Challenge.

Surviving in addition to his wife, he is survived by his stepson; Michael Badolato and wife Geanie, his sister; Mary Watkins and his faithful dog; Bo.

He was predeceased by a brother; Roland Horne.

Services will be private.
