Edith Mary Carter, 85, of Baltimore, MD, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 in Randallstown. Born on July 24, 1931, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late John L. and Viola Elizabeth Bouck Mechlinski. She was the wife of the late Richard Howard Carter.
Surviving her are children: Cynthia Jaworski and husband Barry, Christina Harris and husband William, Cathie Carpenter and husband Kevin, grandchildren: Kelly, Kim, Michael, Russell, and Wendy. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Ginger.
Services and interment are private.
