Edward Leon Berwager

Edward "Mr. Ed" Leon Berwager, 86, of Manchester, MD, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2017 in Westminster, MD. Born on May 30, 1931, he was the son of the late Herly G. and Florence Viola Berwager. He was the husband of the late Nadine Shorb Berwager, who passed away in 2013.

Years ago, Edward worked at E. Guy Teal Construction as well as People's Coal in Hanover, PA. He was an antique tool dealer, and he also did some farming. He enjoyed playing cards, listening to bluegrass music and attending flea markets. He was also known as "The Handleman".

Surviving him are children: Edward "Lumpy" E. Berwager of Las Vegas, NV, and Bonnie Lee Harpine and husband Daniel of Red Lion, PA, daughter-in-law: Robin Berwager of Hampstead, MD, six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, siblings: Clifford G Berwager, Darlene Bankert, and sister-in-law: Barb Berwager, all of Hanover, PA.

He was predeceased by children: Daniel Leon Berwager and Scott Allen Berwager, a great-grandson: Jacob Harpine, and a brother: Kenneth L. Bergwager.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
