Eileen Marie Shamer, age 73 of Dover, Delaware died suddenly Friday May 8, 2015 at the Kent Hospital in Dover.
Born June 14, 1941 in Baltimore County, MD she was the daughter of John D. Rill of Finksburg, MD and the late Ella Peregoy Rill. She was the wife of the late Robert Eugene Shamer who died in 1993.
Years ago she was a sales clerk for Caldor Dept. Store, Black & Decker and Random House.
Surviving in addition to her father are children, William Arthur Shamer of Finksburg, MD, Sharon Elaine Shamer of Dover, Del. and Denise Lynn Shamer of Finksburg, MD, siblings, Roxanne R. Elmo of York, PA, Roger E. Rill of Hampstead, MD, Dennis L. Rill of Stewartstown, PA and Douglas A. Rill of Upperco, MD. She was also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD
Interment was in Patapsco Cemetery.
