Eleanor Marie Donohue

Eleanor Marie Donohue, 79, a longtime resident of Manchester Manor, passed away on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Golden Crest in Hampstead, MD.  Born on March 14, 1944, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry Stanley Hyland and Adele Marie Brotzman Hyland.  She was the beloved wife of the late Louis Franklin Donohue, Jr.

Eleanor worked as a custodian for Baltimore County Public Schools.  She was a member of Greenmount United Methodist Church and enjoyed going to the community senior center. She enjoyed living at Manchester Manor and liked participating in the activities they offered.

Surviving her is a son: Sean Donohue and wife Joy of Hampstead, MD, and siblings: Harriett Goodmuth and husband Ray, Doris Ann Schlindler and husband Charlie, and Walt Hyland and wife Terry.

Funeral services and interment are private.
