Elizabeth Bernadine Winters, (nee Klunk), 84, of Owings Mills passed away peacefully, Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at her residence. Born October 31, 1931 in New Oxford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Albert Klunk and Erma Sheridan Klunk. She was the wife of the late Baden Winters, Jr. She was a retired bus driver for the Baltimore County Public Schools.

Surviving are her children Lester Winters and wife Birgit, Tim Winters and companion Lisa, Mark Winters and wife Diana, and Susan Blizzard; her 7 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills where Catholic Prayers will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2016.
