Emma Louise Leonardi

Emma Louise Leonardi was born sleeping at Carroll Hospital Center, on October 6th, 2026, after 35 weeks. She is the daughter of Zachary and Tracey Leonardi, née Graf, of Hampstead, MD.

She is survived by her sisters Abigail and Olivia; grandparents Lawrence and Kelly Leonardi and Kevin and Cheryl Graf, her aunt and uncle Rachel Kolper and husband Chad, and her uncle Nicholas Leonardi. Emma is also survived by her great-grandparents, many great-aunts-and-uncles, and cousins.

Emma Louise was loved from moment her family learned she was with us. We cherish the time we were able to spend with her, and the beautiful memories that were made for us by the staff at Carroll Hospital Center’s Family Birthplace.

A private service will be held at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A, in Manchester, MD, immediately followed by a private interment at the New Lutheran Cemetery in Manchester, MD on Monday, October 12th, 2026.
