Ernest De'Ikaika Okala Duldulao

Ernest De'Ikaika Okala Duldulao, 32, of Manchester, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born on April 24, 1990, in Montgomery County, Maryland, he was the son of Jeanie May Cool of Manchester, and the late Ernesto Villa Duldulao. He was also raised and loved by David Keenan and loved by his stepfather Elmer Cool.

Ernest always put his family first. Anyone who had needs or troubles he was there for. Ernest loved to make people laugh. He loved classical music, cooking, cards, and fishing. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends forever.

In addition to his mother and stepfather, he is survived by his son: David Duldulao, siblings: Kathleen, Kaleo, Allana, Brittney, Jessica, and Sara. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his grandmother: Gloria Jean Utech, and grandfather: Richard Cool.
