Eugene Norwood Devers

Eugene Norwood Devers, 79, of Owings Mills died Thursday, March 20, 2008 at Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown. He was born in Oakland, Maryland on December 11, 1928 and was the son of the late Emory Devers and Margaret Devers. He was the husband of the late Rosemary Louise Kaufman Devers, and his companion of Mary Basler.

Surviving in addition to his companion are his daughter Carolyn Devers of Reisterstown, a son and daughter in law Robert and Bonnie Devers of Westminster, grandchildren Angela and Kevin Stencil and Bryan McDonald.

A funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Glyndon, 65 Sacred Heart Lane, Glyndon with Rev. Silvester Kim celebrating.

Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills.
