Evelyn A. Mcleod

Evelyn A. McLeod – known to friends and family as "Miss Mac, Auntie Lovie, and grandma" passed away peacefully on February 1st, 2019, at Northwest Hospital surrounded by family and friends, at the age of 83 years.

A native of St. Ann Jamaica, she moved to the states and lived with her daughter and family. She was the second oldest of nine siblings.  She will be forever remembered and missed by her only daughter.

She is survived by her daughter: Avis Thompson and husband Richard, grandchildren: Bryant, Rochelle, and Amanda, brother: Kenneth McLeod of New Jersey, nieces: Sharon Simpson and family from Jamaica, Carol Soederberg and family from the UK, and Andrea Lewis and family from the UK, and other family and friends in Jamaica, Canada, and the USA.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 9, from 10:30 - 11 am at the Christian Revival Center, 3553 E Lawndale Road, Reisterstown, MD 21136, where a  funeral service will be held at 11 am . Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery, Reisterstown, MD.
