Frances Elva Butterworth, 80 years old of Reisterstown, died Sunday, September 8, 2013 at her home.
Born September 18, 1932 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late William M .Sullivan and Lillian Norfolk Sullivan.
She was the wife for 62 years of Owen L. Butterworth.
She taught ceramics and had a ceramic shop in Reisterstown, she also cared for over seventy five children and was a former member of the Reisterstown United Methodist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children and their partner's Jenny Urbanek, Sue Ruby and her partner Jan Wilson, Nancy Butterworth, Joseph Butterworth and his partner Tammy Barnett, 8 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 brothers, William Sullivan, Jr., Richard "Bubby" Sullivan.
She was loved by many.
Friends may call on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills, where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM.
Interment in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
