Frances A. Costley, 92 years old of Westminster, died Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.
Born December 14, 1920 in Owings Mills, she was the daughter of the late James Issac Ghee and Louise Dorothy Dorsey Ghee.
She was the wife of the late Horace J. Costley.
She worked as a nurse at the former Rosewood State Hospital.
She is survived by a brother, Claborne Ghee as well as numerous nieces,nephews and friends.
She was predeceased by 5 sisters and 2 brothers.
Friends may call on Thursday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills where services will be held at 11:00 AM.
Interment in Crest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
