Francis "Frank" Richard Coyne

Francis “Frank” Richard Coyne, 92, of Westminster, MD, formerly of Parkville, MD, passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, at The Terraces at Westminster in Westminster, MD. Born on May 5, 1934, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Francis V. and Elizabeth (Brune) Coyne. He was the beloved husband of 67 years to Florence (Holland) Coyne, who passed away in 2024.

Frank was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from Bethlehem Steel as an assistant superintendent.

Surviving him are children: David Coyne and wife Constance Dryja of Stewartstown, PA, Kathy Welling and husband Jeff of Upperco, MD, Steve Coyne and wife Julie of Finksburg, MD, 9 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

Frank was predeceased by his 8 siblings: Jimmy Coyne, George Coyne, Joe Coyne, Marion Plott , Betty Coyne, Patricia Coyne, Peggy Hock, and Tom Coyne.

Funeral services and interment are private.
