Frankie Louise Ringer

Frankie Louise Ringer, 85, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Friday, November 3, 2023, at Lorien Taneytown. Born on June 11, 1938, in Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Olen and Mamie Chloe Norris Combs.

Years ago, Frankie worked as a Manager of Records for Black and Decker. She enjoyed sewing and listening to country music. After retirement, her granddaughters became the focus of her life.

Surviving her is a son: Jeff Hawley and wife Tracy, granddaughters: Jenna and Sara, and a sister: Janet Mellott.

She was predeceased by a sister: Mary Lee Miller.

The family will receive visitors on Monday, November 6, from 6-8 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, 21102, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 7, at 9:30 am.

Interment to follow in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens, Timonium, MD.
