Franklin Roosevelt Cook, Jr., 57, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2021, at his home. Born on October 20, 1963 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Franklin R. Cook, Sr. and Joyce Snider.
Franklin was a chef for many years.
He is survived by his sister: Margie Bowser, nephew: Zach, nieces: Sarah and Rebecca, great-nephew: Noah, and great-niece: Zoé.
Funeral services and interment are private.
Arrangements are by the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., Owings Mills, MD.
