Franklin "Frank" Douglas Lengel, 71 years of Reisterstown, died Friday, February 1, 2013 at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
Born January 23, 1942 in Baltimore, He was the son of the late John Raymond Lengel, Jr. and Annie Ruby Jones Lengel.
He was the husband of Elizabeth Lengel.
He retired as Detective Lt. with the Baltimore County Police Department after 27 years of service.
Surviving in addition to his wife are son: Lawrence Lengel, brother in law: Rob Skudrna, sister in law: Kathy Ball, Aunt Helen Spedden and numerous cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills on Wednesday at 11:00am. Father Jim Ball officiating.
Interment in All Saints Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9pm. at the funeral chapel.
