Francis Alfred "Fred" Haifley, Jr., 64, of Manchester passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, Friday, May 29, 2015 at the Dove House in Westminster. Born August 5, 1950 in Baltimore, he was the son of Rachel Louise Leister Haifley of Manchester and the late Francis Alfred Haifley.
Mr. Haifley had worked for William Schneider Company, and was a graduate of North Carroll High School and the University of Maryland College Park.
Surviving in addition to his mother is his brother John Franklin Haifley of Washington, D.C.; his twin nieces; and one great nephew.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Hampstead Cemetery, 4114 Black Rock Road, Hampstead with interment to follow.
