Gail Katherine Hartman, 71, of Glenville, PA formerly of Eldersburg, MD died Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.
Born March 9, 1943 in New Hampshire, she was the daughter of Aline Daigneault Moran of Westwood, MA and the late William Moran. She was the wife of Timothy John Hartman, her husband of 32 years.
She was a homemaker, a member of St. David's Lutheran Church in Hanover, PA, and the Eldersburg Dinner Club. She was an avid reader and enjoyed going to the beach and spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her daughters Sandy Bollinger and husband Todd and Debra Hanson and husband Eric both of Glen Rock, PA; her grandchildren Brooke Bollinger, Jake Bollinger, Delilah Hanson, all of Glen Rock, PA and Chad Thompson of San Diego CA; her sister Linda Delay and husband Bill of Westwood, MA; and her brother James Moran and wife Carmella of Rhode Island.
The family will receive friends 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD with a funeral service 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. David's Lutheran Church, 1032 Musselman Rd. Hanover, PA.
Interment will be in St. David's Church Cemetery, Hanover, PA.
