George Raymond Bange

George Raymond Bange, 96, of Reisterstown, MD, passed away on December 21, 2018, at FutureCare Cherrywood, Reisterstown, MD. Born on June 18, 1922, in Maryland, he was the son of the late George Randolph and Maude Constance Higgs Bange. He was the loving husband of the late Genevieve A. Bange, who passed away in 1985.

George was a proud veteran, and served his country during WWII.  He worked as a painter in the contracting business. After retirement, he worked for eighteen years as a school bus driver and bus attendant for Baltimore County Public Schools.

Surviving him are children: Ronald Bange and wife Linda, and Kent Bange and wife Jill, both of Reisterstown, MD, 4 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, December 26, from 3-5 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills, MD 21117, where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 27, at 10 am. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
