George W. Fritz 85 years old of Glyndon, died Monday, January 28, 2013 at the Westminster Ridge Nursing Home.
Born October 13, 1927 in Glyndon, he was the son of the late George Washington Fritz and Mary Aileen Shreeve Fritz.
He was a graduate of Franklin High School, class of 1946. He served honorably with the U.S. Army as a paratrooper during WWII. He was a graduate of Baltimore Jr. College and a long time member of Glyndon United Methodist Church. He enjoyed playing golf and working out at the gym.
Friends may call on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM.
Interment in All Saints Cemetery.
