George Thomas Henneman Jr., age 61, followed Jesus and his father to Heaven on March 21, 2016. He was born on August 7, 1954 in Baltimore, MD and was the beloved son of M. Delores (Barber) Henneman and the late George T. Henneman Sr.
George attended Pikesville Senior High School where he played football. He later started his own successful landscaping business. He loved sports and was a devoted Ravens and Orioles fan. George was a people person and helped many without personal acknowledgement. He was a joker and passed on 3, 2, 1, the final countdown. He retired to Port St. Lucie, FL where he lived by his motto "life's a beach…" In addition to his wife Lisa (Venn) Henneman, he is survived by his mother M. Delores Henneman, his two sisters, Donna Blucher and Cathleen Henneman Monico, his 6 children, Shaine Norris, Dustin Henneman, Ryan Henneman, Corinne Wertz, Colleen Henneman and Kelsey Henneman and 10 grandchildren with one on the way. George is loved dearly and will be missed by all.
A memorial gathering will be held from 5-7 pm. with a memorial service at 7 pm. on Thursday March 31, 2016 at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
