George Henry Wallett, 84, of Owings Mills passed away peacefully, Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown. Born October 12, 1930 in Garrison, he was the son the late Charles B. Wallett and Evelyn R. Myers Wallett. He was the husband of Elisabeth S. Wallett.
He was a veteran of United States of Army serving as a SGT in the Korean War. He was a member of American Legion Post 122 in Owings Mills and V.F.W. 521 in Owings Mills.
Surviving in addition to his wife are his 3 grandchildren; his 6 great-grandchildren; and his siblings Sherry Young, Wilbur Wallett, Harry Wallett, and Larry Wallett.
The family will receive friends 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 11605 Reisterstown Road, Owings Mills where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the National Kidney Foundation, Finance Department, 30 East 33rd Street,
