Born July 6, 1924 in Baltimore he was the son of the late George I. Ziegler, Sr. and Pearl Miller Ziegler.
He is survived by his siblings, Herbert J. and Marjorie C. Ziegler of Westminster, MD.
He was predeceased by siblings, Clara M. Dammann and Raymond G.J. Ziegler.
Services and interment will be private.
