Geraldine "Gerri" Ann Elterman

Geraldine "Gerri" Ann Elterman, 82, of Edgemere, MD, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Longview Heathcare Center in Manchester, MD. Born on February 23, 1940, in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Robert Bartholomew Everd and the late Dorothy Mae Wilt Everd. She was the beloved wife of the late Herman Elterman.

Geraldine worked as a bookkeeper for Kimco. She was a loyal member of Edgemere Bible Church. She loved ice skating and eating steamed crabs.

Surviving her is a son-in-law: Charles Boyd, great-grandson: Levi Evan Horst and "baby-momma" of Levi: Nikki Bowling, sisters: Dorothy "Dottie" Lichtfuss and husband Ernie, Marlene Lewis and husband Len, and sister-in-law: Joyce Everd. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her children: Michael Thomas Gissner and Gail Louise Boyd, grandson: Ronald H. Horst III, and brother: Richard Everd.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, April 14, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, where a funeral service will be held on Friday, April 15 at 11 am.

Interment to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Woodlawn, MD.
