Gladys Virginia Day

Gladys Virginia Day, 95, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at Northwest Hospice in Randallstown, MD. Born on September 5, 1926, in Lynchburg, VA, she was the daughter of the late William Rosser Jamerson and Cassie Wood Jamerson Martin. She was the beloved wife of the late William Floyd Day.

Years ago, Gladys was an active member of the United Methodist Church. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending time with her family.

Surviving her are grandchildren: Gladys Nan Kondisko and husband Andrew of Bridgewater, VA, and Lisa Marie Day-Shipp of Hanover, PA, great-grandchildren: Lauren Clark and husband Taylor, Jake Kondisko, and Anthony Shipp, great-great-grandson: Noah Kondisko, and sister: Delores M. Mitzel of Baltimore, MD.

She was predeceased by her children: Gladys Nan Bunn and William Franklin Day, and siblings: Lillie I. Kemp, Rose D. Hale, Herbert H. Jamerson, Evelyn L. Wilhelm, and Gerald F. Jamerson.

Funeral services and interment are private.
