Grace Mary Brooks, 15, of Manchester died Monday, July 9, 2012 at her home.
Born October 4, 1996 in Lake Charles, LA, she was the daughter of Terry A. Brooks and Talitha L. Wilemon Brooks.
She was a student at Manchester Valley High School.
Surviving in addition to her parents are her sisters Isabella and Madelyn Brooks of Manchester.
A private cremation was held at All Faiths Crematory and Chapel in Manchester.
The family will receive friends 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester.
