Gunner David Cole

Gunner David Cole, 21, of Manchester, MD, passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Born on January 4, 2005, in Carroll County, MD, he was the beloved son of Ronnie Cole, Jr. and Robin (Calhoun) Cole.

Gunner had a kind soul, adventurous spirit, and his commitment to lend a helping hand made a lasting impact on his family and friends. The countless memories he created and the love he shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him. Gunner enjoyed spending time outdoors, where he loved fishing and hunting. He also had a passion for anything with a motor, but nothing compared to riding his motorcycle.

Surviving him in addition to his parents are his brother: Bryce Cole and Allie Burja, his niece: Gabriella Cole, paternal grandparents: Jenny Dull, Ronald Lee Cole, Sr. and wife Michelle, and maternal grandparents: Joyce Hearn and husband Tim, Larry Calhoun and wife Lynn. Gunner is also survived by his aunts and uncles: Sarah and Eric Powers, Jennifer and Matt Hudgins, Dawn and Matt Lichtenberg, Alex Hearn, and cousins: Chris and Emmett Hudgins, Jackson and Griffin Sweeney, and Wyatt Lichtenberg.

The family will receive visitors on Thursday, July 9, from 6-8 pm, and on Friday, July 10, from 11 am – 12 pm, at the ECKHARDT FUNERAL CHAPEL, P.A., 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester, MD, where a funeral service will begin at 12 pm.

Interment is private.
