Hal M. Smith

On January 6, 2018, Hal M. Smith, 89, beloved husband of the late Louise Rhoads Smith; devoted father of Larry Smith and fiancée Connie Jacobs, Dr. Nell Smith and husband Professor Roger Bilisoly, and Jane Smith; loving grandfather of Nathan H. Smith.

A Univ. of Maryland Law Professor and U.S. Army veteran, Hal was ever-cheerful, positive, and supportive towards everyone he met.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
