Harold Paul Hayley, Jr., 77, of Owings Mills, MD, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025, peacefully at his home. Born on February 14, 1948, in Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Harold Paul Hayley, Sr. and Catherine Louise Hayley.
Harold was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, as well as a Vietnam Veteran. He worked as an NBC News World Cameraman for more than 30 years. During his service in the Army, as well as his career in broadcasting, he traveled around the world and enjoyed photography in his spare time.
Surviving him is his daughter: Kehyannah Lee Hayley of Pasadena, MD, his brother: Walter Hayley of Japan, and niece Rashanikka Hayley-Fowler. He is also survived by his beloved German Shepherd: Bella.
Harold was predeceased by his former spouse and mother of his daughter: Myrna Lee Hayley.
He leaves behind a host of cousins and many close friends.
Funeral services and interment are private.
