Helen Virginia Horan, 71 years old of Reisterstown, died Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at the Carroll Hospital Center.
Born April 2, 1940 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Fleischmann and Bertha Carroll Fleischmann.
She was the wife of Don Phillip Horan.
She was a homemaker. She was an operator for the C&P Telephone Company, she worked on a horse farm years ago, and a beauty shop in Reisterstown. She was a member of the Reisterstown Senior Center.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son: Kevin Horan of Manchester. She was predeceased by her daughter: Kimberly Horan. Also survived by 3 grandchildren: Dawn, Stacey and Jason, 6 great grandchildren and her siblings: Charles Fleischmann of Arizona and Audrey Ballard of Manchester.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel P.A. 11605 Reisterstown Rd. Owings Mills where a service will begin at 8:00 PM.
A private cremation will follow at the All Faiths Crematory & Chapel. Interment Private.
